Play queue randomly disappears

Play queue randomly disappears

My queue has been disappearing for approximately 10 days now. Every time I open the app (mobile and desktop), I am unable to play what I was listening to, and my queue does not show up. Sometimes, it also disappears if I leave the app idle without closing it.

 

I have made sure that the app is fully updated on both my devices, and I have cleared my cache. 

Any other users experiencing this as well?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sharing with us the exact same Spotify version you're running on both your devices? 

 

On another note, just to confirm, are you using Connect to sync what you're listening to on both devices? If yes, please send us the details about it.

 

Lastly, we'd like to make a little clarification 🙂 Our free experience on mobile is different; the queue is a Premium feature on mobile devices, so it's expected that you won't find it (the queue button when not using Connect) since you mentioned your account is free.
