Playlists not updating

Within the past few weeks, I've been noticing that a few of my playlists either aren't updating or they are updating at random times. 

Throwback Thursday from June 30th didn't update until July 1st. 

Throwback Thursday from July 6th updated on July 5th

Throwback Thursday from today (July 14th) has yet to update. 

Discover Weekly is supposed to update on Mondays but for the past few weeks, I haven't seen a change until Tuesday or Wednesday. 

This is occuring on my Web Player and on my Phone through the Android App.  

I'm just wondering, is this me or are others having this issue with their Spotify playlists?
