Can’t add songs to playlists

Dear spotify, 

Me and my friends both use spotify free on our chromebooks and recently our spotify's have been having loading troubles. Our playlists aren't loading and only specific ones work . Also if we try to add songs it doesn't work . Also if we reload spotify it wont work.  Please can we have help. And instructions on how to fix it. please and thank you.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post, as it fits better here in this new thread.

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. Just to confirm, are you using the Spotify web player, or do you have the app installed on your device? It'll help us a lot if you can clarify that for us.

On another note, is this happening if you change the internet connection you're using? Is this happening over WiFi? Do you have an Ethernet adapter connected to your Chromebook? Both? If possible, you can create a hotspot on your phone and connect your computer to it to see if you notice any difference. Give it a try and let us know if changing the connection makes any difference.

Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
