Samsung SmartTV UE46F6510SS Playlist bug

Hi guys,

I want to use my Spotify Premium Account with the SmartTV UE46F6510SS, but the app is not really working. Login works and I can play titles one by one. When I try to play from playlist it doesn't work. Every single playlist shows: "Wird geladen" (translated: Loading)

- I restarted TV
- Update SmartTV software
- Reinstalled Spotify app

Any suggestions, how to solve this problem?

Have you checked your Internet connection? Have you tried it on another TV or computer?

Internet connection is very good. Im using spotify with a lot of other
devices. It has to do with the app on that device. Bad programming.

they told me to contact samsung, because the app is published from samsung
store.

How can I request a bug fix for this app?

No Chance to get answers. So this TV is **bleep** for smart apps. Sell it and buy enougher vendor!
