Spotify is extremely slow to sync playlists for offline use onto Windows Phone 8.1. For instance, I am currently trying to download a playlist of 14 songs and it has been stuck on 0% for about 2 hours. Is there a solution to this?

I know your pain, I have planty of songs on my playlist, about 1800 or even more now... Have just updated my list!

I can download list to my Android over Wifi or 3G. On home network I have 100M/10M and best speed was near 80 Mbps, my line is actually 95 Mbps... So it never uses full. But it is fast enough 😉 Have you connected to your home wifi? If you use only mobile network for download, please go to Settings and enable 3G/4G downloading.
