Trouble with Chrome OS browser

I have been expirienceing alot of trouble with the reccent spotify update on browser. The main problem I have expirienced is that when i try to listen to music on the browser it does not let me because it says i am listening from my iphone even though i am not. I hve tried turning off my phone closing the app, but nothing works. It does not allow me to switch to the browser on either devices menus on both my phone and browser.
