video wont play

video wont play on my phone. i have all the settings set proper to allow video. i have cleared the app cache and logged out and signed back in. this used to fix it. i have the pixel 7 pro.

Does the same happen on a different device with your account? Could you also try performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here?
