Hey @DinoG,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

It's currently not possible to access song radio while using your smart tv. The app in third party devices (TV, PlayStation, etc. ) has very limited features when compared with the desktop and mobile version. 

On another note, if you think other users might also like to see this feature available on Spotify TV App, you can submit an idea on the relevant idea board. We always take new ideas and suggestions into consideration to improve the app and user's experience.
