My Question or Issue

Me, my mom, and my sister were part of a family plan last year, which expired on 20th Nov 2024, my sister was the plan manager. When it expired, I renewed the subscription from my account, but now my mom isn't able to join. The message' ''You can try joining someone else's plan once every 12 months'' keeps popping up, even though the plan expired yesterday (device mentioned is hers)

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, plan members can only switch Premium Family/Duo plans once every 12 months. In the meantime, they can either wait or subscribe to a plan on their own.
