Vodafone membership

Vodafone membership

I started my premium membership with Vodafone but now me and my family decided to use Family membership.
Now spotify page warning me about the steps that I have to follow and tells me to contact with Vodafone but they know nothing about this steps.
Now I dont know how to solve this problem.

Hello there,

 

In order to upgrade to Premium for Family, you need to cancel your subscription through Vodafone or your mobile service, and resubscribe directly through the Spotify website https://www.spotify.com/family/

 

You can contact your mobile provider here  http://offers.vodafone.com/cancel
