Will I lose the special offer price if I upgrade my plan to duo?

I just signed up for Premium for a special offer price of $11.99 for 3 months. I wasn’t thinking that my husband currently has Spotify premium & that it would make more sense if I got Duo. At the time I could have gotten Duo for $16.99 for 3mo. If I upgrade my account will it just take out the difference or will it negate the whole offer where I basically get 3mo for the price of one (or 2mo free essentially)?

When upgrading from Premium Individual to Premium Duo, your remaining Individual time usually gets converted into Duo time, and this can bring your next payment date slightly forward.

You should be able to see your next payment date when you're on the checkout page for Premium Duo.
