Hey there

Here's what we got from you: I opened a family account and invited 2 members who have free accounts however they can't join family account as were getting a oops something went wrong message, what's going on can u help

me to. even de adress was te same on all accounts. dont know whats going on. or what to do

Did Spotify sort the problem out for you

Wait me hole if they don't fix problems I'll be canceling account

When you invite them are you using the shareable link or adding them by email address? I've found the easiest way to invite them is by sending them a direct email from the Premium for Family page. Make sure you are using the email they signed up for spotify with or else it will cause headaches.

 

If you are using the link invite, make sure each link is unique. You will need to copy and send links from two of the five available spots - one to each person. Make sure to get a new link when you try again.

I've tried both and to no avail nothing is working

 I did buy email and link no succes.
