I have a 2016 Ford with SYNC3 (v1.0 build 15139) and within the past month or so the 'Your Playlists' option has disappeared. I still have 'Your Albums' and 'Your Songs' and everything else appears to be working fine. I connect via my Apple iPhone and currently have Spotify version 8.4.0.623.
To get to the screen in question:
1. Connect phone, with Spotify running, to car
2. On the car's screen, under Apps, select the Spotify app
3. Press the Menu button in the top right corner of the screen and it will bring up the list shown in the attached image. This list used to have a 'Your Playlists' option which is now no longer present.
