My Question or Issue
Okay so I am completely at my wit's end here. I have followed every instruction to the letter about how to download local files to my mobile device. Both devices are on the same network, I made sure there's space on my mobile device, I am well under the 10k song limit, I uninstalled the app on both my desktop and my mobile device, I cleared the cache, I've logged out and back in on both devices, etc. I even tried the trick of setting up a mobile hotspot from my phone and connecting my desktop to it. I've followed every single instruction that I can find on Spotify/in the community, but I still cannot get any of my local files to sync onto my phone it just tells me that it is "waiting to download." Help please?!
