My Question or Issue
I have a Galaxy Note 9, which is more than capable of running an app like Spotify. However, it has been very sluggish and slow for a couple months now. About half the time, when I select an album or playlist, I get the spinning wheel that it's loading the list of songs, but it takes almost an entire minute to load. My screen literally times out (30 seconds) before the songs load. Sometimes, if I hit the back button and select something else, it will load immediately, but the first selected album or playlist still won't load. This occurs on mobile 4g as well as high speed wifi.
I have restarted my phone, cleared the cache, and more recently uninstalled the app altogether and reinstalled, but nothing has worked. Does anyone else have this issue?
