HI! Spotify is telling me to turn on activity to see and display music on friends activity feed, but I have everything toggled on, and still message is there. Having this problem for over a year.

I did clean reinstall, restarting system, logged of and in. I'm having this problem on pc and laptop, two devices. Did reinstalling and every basic solving steps, but nothing helped. I'm sure there's a problem with account rather than device. Friend's can see my activity, while i have this screen telling me to go to setting and on my activity(it is on). Also someone said you don't need to be signed in facebook, but I also can't connect to my facebook.
