Can't activate Premium Account on a new device in Vietnam.

Why can't I activate my USA Premium Account on a new device I'm using in Vietnam? When I try to sign in, my user name (my email address) and PW are not recognized. I've updated the PW, but it still is not recognized when I try to sign in.

Its the same with me... I have been trying to login into my premium Spotify account for days now and it wont long me in.keeps giving me the same excuse just as your own.

Sorry to hear about this, lets troubleshoot together shall we. 

Do you use a VPN by chance? If so try turning it off as it can affect the usage of the app, it's also worth checking if your Country settings are up to date, you can check by following this link.
