10 seconds before new song begin...and it is not an option.

Hello.

Mmy problem since some days is that it takes at least 10 seconds to launch a new song.

In preference I uncheck the box to play songs without silence between tracks.

It is unpleasant.

A solution before I leave spotify?

When I am browsing music (imagine playing just the first 10 seconds of each song, for instance), I get a similar problem to what you describe, but only once I've played 10 or 15 songs. Suddently there will be a song that takes 10  or 15 seconds to load. The next 5 songs will load immediately, and then again, a song will take 10 or 15 sec to load. It is obviously not related to my internet connection. Apart from having "the fastest connection in the UK" according to my internet provider, everything loads immediately with all other streaming services. 

It is as if Spotify's code delayed songs when users are "browsing", or just listening to bits of songs and moving on to others.Very strange indeed!
