Me&my duo didn't cancel my subscription but they sent me an canceled mail

I didn't cancel my subscription for the duo premium, my duo also. But Spotify just sent me an email that my subscription got canceled. I even paid for it.

Spotify makes your experience worst after a premium free trial

After my free trial, Spotify has increased the ad frequency so much on the mobile app and a bunch of other features are worse. I also get the same ad 50 times in one listening session

why cant i buy spotify premium?

i tried different cards, different device and the cards are open for online purchases but i cant buy it no matter what. i got spotify premium once before for the same account but now i cant buy it.
