Hello,
I have tried to enter into the 30 day free trial, 3 times within the past two days.
I have taken the appropriate steps to ensure that my card is working and up to date. 3 times on 3 seperate occasions I have recieved a payment failed page.
This is becoming a bit frustrating.
I sent an email to Spotify troubleshooters and recieved a link to the community page. Hoping to get some answers.

Hi. I just signed up for premium account to get rid of the commercials - and now my music is interrupted by commersals - for Spotify trial 30 days without commersals!
This is NOT ok!
How do I get rid of this "information" interrupts for soimething that I have already signed up for?

I've just had a look at your account on our system and I can see that your account is currently without a subscription and has not yet activated our 30 day trial.
If you would like to do this, make sure you are logging in with your username and password, then simply follow the instructions and http://www.spotify.com/freetrial and you should be good to go.
If you're having any trouble with this, please let us know.
I solved it by paying 49 SEK now and "downgrading" to unlimited version.
How do I avoid getting to pay 99 SEK a month next month? I want to stay at "unlimited".
Not to worry, I can confirm that you have signed up for our Unlimited service and will remain on the Unlimited subscription until you choose to cancel or upgrade 🙂
