60 day trial

I'm a spotify free user. I was given a free 60 day trial promotion email. I signed up for it (going through the credit card step as well - even though listed as free - so I could be charged after 60 days if I don't cancel). However, premium is not activated (still get commercials, etc.). My account shows the transaction - but still set on free.

I can only see the 48-hr trial on your account - there is no sign of the 60 day trial being activated.  Could you please contact the support team here?

They will need to know if you use any other email addresses/usernames.  If you have the receipt from the trial, then the order ID would be helpful in finding out what has gone wrong.
