Account hackers

My Spotify Account is constantly hacked into remotely from a computer to my phones IP address. Every playlist is being manipulated lyrics are changed, songs that have special personal sentimental memories are changed.  Even the Opera Madam Buttterfly was hacked with English verse when its sung in Italian

You could have compromised email related to spotify acct. Change all of your passwords as this could be malicious actors. In settings also make sure to log out of all devices, keep watchful eye.
