Ads in Spanish

I live in Dallas, TX and get random ads in Spanish on every device. I DO NOT WANT ADS IN SPANISH! I don't care about getting ads, but at least put them in my native language and the primary language of the US: English. I've reinstalled the app on all of my mobile devices, my PS4, both of my MacBooks, my Windows 7 laptop and BOTH Windows 10 desktops - no change. I'm not behind a proxy on any machine. What do I need to do to simply hear only English-language ads, besides pay for premium?
