Anonymous Devices Appearing Under My Premium Account?

Devices that are not mine (Two PS4s) have appeared under devices available for my Spotify Premium account and I don't own a PS4. I fear my account might be shared and I have already changed my password, but I don't know if this will have them re-login to my account?

You can manage any device and log out of all devices. Whenever you would like to remove the two ps4's, simply go to this site. Hope that answers your question!

yeah had these - linux app was sending password in clear - deleted the devices changed password and access spotify app on win10 box netstat shows secure - linux use's insecure link - going too see if I get any more spurious device add on's
