Bring Back Starred Playlists System

Can anyone help me? 

A couple days ago I canceled my subscription for premium and now would like it back, but it's not letting me. It's telling me that because my account has already had a premium account, I can't make another one, but it's for the same account and I don't know why I can't just reput in my card information and get my premium back.
