Can I transfer Spotify to another email address?!

Hello there - 

I'm paying for Spotify premium, but I haven't been able to use it since October due to a deactivated Facebook account. I don't wish to reactivate Facebook, but can someone transfer my Spotify to another account or can they stop taking my money... 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
