Can't Unsubscribe

I've tried a dozen times to unsubscribe from the Spotify News, to no avail. In my standard browser I can't even deselect the option. In Firefox I can deselect the option and save, which sounds like it should work; however, when I close the browser and re-open the unsubscribe page, the option has been reselected for me! I'm tired of this spamming behavior. If I gave a **bleep** about what's new on Spotify, I'd upgrade to **bleep**ing premium.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG) or @SpotifyAyuda (ESP).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
