Hi,
I am trying to change the card with which I make my monthly payments but it doesn´t work in either of the two search engines I have (Chrome and Mozilla Firefox). It says "something went wrong" etc etc.
Please could somebody let me know how I can change my card details?

I found instead of going into 'manage subscription' just click try premium and it worked. This is whilst in your account page.

I still cant change my card information. It still says my postal code is not valid and oops and yada yada... My card is already expired but last payment is valid until 19/5. what do i have to do?

I still can´t change my method of payment - it gives me the following error:
"¡Vaya! Algo ha salido mal. Inténtalo de nuevo o visita nuestra zona de ayuda." (I´m in Spain)
I´ve tried writing an email to your support department but the automatic reply seems to indicate that they will not write back to me, that I should just look in the FAQs for the answer.
However, there is no answer to this in the FAQs.
I´d appreciate it if you guys could fix this problem asap because I´m due to pay next month´s subscription in a few days, but with my current card the payment won´t work.

and now i really messed it up for myself. Accidentally changed my premium subscription to unlimited and there is no way to chage it back to premium again... I am about to cry...
