Can't log in to one of my duo accounts

I have Spotify duo, and cannot get access to the main parent account. Every time I do a password reset it goes to the other account

It's possible that you might have used a Google/ Facebook login for the main account and the email for the member account instead?
The latter can be verified by the owner going into their account overview page or via the mobile app's settings and checking the email address. After you've made sure of the correct login credentials, try resetting the password again.
