Can't log in

Can't log in

I cant log in because i dont know the password. I do not use the email associated with that address anymore. I have been charged for the last several months and have not been able to listen to my music. Its frustrating there is no one i can talk to to get this resolved.

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
