My Question or Issue

Can anyone shed light on this?

 

I am the "manager" of my Family Premium account

When my wife looks at her account, I am down as the account "manager" and she is an an account "member"  Her account is an email address.  my account name is NOT an email address but an  alias.

 

Spotify has just logged me out of all devices and now will not let me login 

 

1. If I try to login with my account name or my email address it tells me the password is not correct

2. If I try to reset the password then it tells me the account does not exist

3. If I use the option to login via email, the email goes to my wifes account not mine

4. I can't login via Apple/Facebook/Google either (Dont ever recall setting that up anyway)

 

How do I get back into my account?

 

PS I had to login with my wifes credentials to post this message
