Can't upgrade to premium. Issue resolved.

OK, Going through a different page worked and I upgraded. However, the link form the email sent still appears to be suspect.

However, now one happy customer.

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade to premium. When I access the upgrade page there is no response when I click the button after selecting payment method. With the paypal option a new, epmpty, window is opened. With the visa option a new window with a 'loading' dialog is opened which times out.

I have tried this on PC, Mac and Android browsers, using both chrome and IE. All current versions. This has been the situation for abouit 16 hours. I love the service, I want to upgrade. I appreciate this may be my software/hardware issue, but if you could help I would be grateful.
