Cancel subscription I do not have access to

I've resently realised that my ex-boyfriends spotify account is still payed by me. Even though i thought I took care of it 6 months ago.. I've tried contacting him, asking him to fix it, but he does not answer me or talk to me (he is pretty pissed). So I was wondering if there is a way I can cancel the subscription when I do not have access to the account? I do not want to keep paying for his spotify premium...

I would suggest you drop the payments team a message using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you. They will need to verify a few details, which is why it has to be done over email and not on the public forums. 

If it is urgent, I would suggest you contact your card issuer, as they will be able to cancel the recurring payment.
