Cancelled premium, now cannot even listen to free 10h/month

Cancelled premium, now cannot even listen to free 10h/month

So, spotify, figure this: I have been a paying customer for over three years. Even kept on paying for six months while you were not able to fix the offline sync issue for playlists on Android devices. Since no fix came, I decided to cancel my premium subscription and head over to Deezer.

 

Today I wanted to check out some of my old playlists on spotify. And guess what, your bloody counter tells me I reached my 10h of free listening per month. Are you freaking kidding me? My subscription was cancelled about ten days ago, I did not listen to Spotify since. Not even once. And you tell me i used up my free quota ???

 

this sucks big time. you've lost control. completely.

Hi Arturelis,

 

I've just had a little look on our system and I can see that you have a second account created through Facebook which might explain the issue. Could I ask you to double check that you're logging in with your username and password?

 

If you are indeed logging in to your original account, please note that your 10 hours per month of listening time is divided into 2.5 hours per week.
