Cannot access profile to change profile settings or subscription to change settings

Every time I try to access my spotify profile page it comes up blank or I get an error message (502) so I can't change any settings on my account.

My subscription status says  "Sorry, could not get your subscription status at the moment." so I can't even change my subscrition status. I don't understand why I have no account information. I can't get a hold of customer service to get help with this and am really frustrated.  

Can anyone help with this?
