Charged several times for one subscription

Hi, 

I'm a french customer, I don't find a french forum, so do with the errors please...

 

 

I tried to have a suscription 2 weeks ago, and there were a lot of bug. I repeated the operation several times, and it finally worked. I just wanted an Unlimited abonment, not a Premium.

This morning I checked my bank account, and I see that Spotify had debit me 5 times ! 

One for a Premium Abonment (9.99€) and four times for an Unlimited abonment. (4*4.99€). For a total arround 30€.

 

Now, I just want to be repaid. I've already contact by mail the support and I didn't receive any response. 

That's the first that a website makes me that.

 

I'm very dissatisfied by the service.

I believe that my colleage Anne has replied to your email.  If you prefer to contact us in French, it would be best to use that email to contact us.

I went abroad after paying for my subscription for spotify and in France it made me resubmit my information (including my credit card) and ever since I've been back to america, i was getting charged twice. I then decided to cancel my subscription, but it only seems to have cancelled one of them and the other one is still charging me 9.99USD. Could someone please call me *********** or email me **********@gmail.com so that I can get rid of spotify altogether. The sooner the better thank you so much.

Hi Sebastian,

 

Could you please send the support team an email from the Contact Form? They will need the email addresses that you use for Spotify plus any order reference numbers that you have from the purchases.  That will help them find the account that you need cancelling.
