Charged twice this month

Charged twice this month

I was charged twice this month and don't know how to contact Spotify to have them fix this

Well... This can happen if you clicked START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM twice by mistake during the signup process.

Don't worry, you donโ€™t need to do anything. The second payment is automatically applied to your next month, and you wonโ€™t be charged again until the month after. You can check this on your subscription page.

 

If the payment is not applied or any other thing that could be negative. Just contact through the Spotify Contact Form. If you get an automated reply sending you here, please reply to it and an agent will assist you shortly ๐Ÿ™‚
