Charged twice!

My account has been charged twice for my Spotify Premium Account. Could you please refund it please!

Hi there, you would be better of using the Support Form to contact a member of the payments team - they can then process the refund.

 

However!

 

Please could you check your account overview? It could be that the extra charge has been logged, and your account has been updated with the extra month/year - if you still want a refund, just follow the above steps ๐Ÿ™‚
