Clarification on the Terms and Conditions

Will it go against the terms and conditions if I play my spotify with a group of friends (being with me in person and they can hear it) or if I play it in a room with people inside?

Spotify is for personal entertainment only and not for commercial use. This means it can’t be broadcasted or played publicly from a business, such as radio stations, bars, restaurants, stores, dance studios, etc. Listening with your friends is fine 🙂
