Close account/Subscription without having access to the account.

Hi all,

My spotify account was setup using an old business email that stopped trading in 2016, however I forgot to move the subscription to another email address before we closed the domain. I have since forgotten about the account and stopped using it and have just realised I have been paying for it for the past year!

I can't gain access to the account anymore and I also cant reset the password as we dont own the domain for the email I used. How can I cancel the subscription!?

Any help would be appreciated!

It sound like something you would have to take up to the actual Support Staff.

If they don't help you, your bank can help you cancel/block payments to Spotify.
But I would try Spotify Support first before taking drastic actions.
