my kids were cut off we live in the same house i send them the invitation again but they can log in need help

Hey There!

Based on your title, you have a Family Subscription which supports up to 5 members. Does Each member in your family have a different account or not?

yes our suscriptions has been for over a year, it seems that spotify sent a mail to verify the zip code but they didn't reply. i had erease them and send the invitation again but they can't log in.

they are the ones that used the aplication the most.

do I have to cancel or what do I have to do?

So the account which is the main one which you pay in, do this for the zip code: go to :https://www.spotify.com/us/account/profile/ and either click edit profile then edit your zip code or just click zip code. If it still doesn't work, try contacting Spotify at: https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/
