Downloads and what counts as a purchase....

Evening all,

I have just signed up to primium. I saw my playlist was linked to my phone so I was told to download it. I am assuming I am not charged for thisn as there was no prompt....but when making a playlist available offline using the laptop to do this it is not coming up a downloaded on my phone but I am still able to see a play the list. There is no downward green arrow next to the other playlist....

What is the difference...

There is no charge for making playlists available offlne in any Spotify app.

There is a Download Store, for buying music outright, in the desktop app in some countries, but that is different. You do get a prompt, where you are shown the prices, and you would have to enter your password again.

You select playlists available for offline listening separately on each individual device (Since the data is download to each device).
