Errors 112, 114, 117

I am getting 'someone else using your account' errors, and 112, 114, 117 error.  i have tried uninstalling, re-installing, only going via wired connection, turning off switch etc.  Is there anyway to diagnose what the actual problem is please?

First thing to do is post over on the official topic for this issue, a member of staff will be able to log everyone out of your account for you. 
I would also suggest that you change your password as soon as possible as a security precaution.

Errors 101-126 are all connection based errors, so try the steps outlined in this help page as well as the connection troubleshooting guidelines.
