Family Subscription: 2 members don't have Premium Features

Family Subscription: 2 members don't have Premium Features

Hello,

I just started a Family Account with my living community. We are 6 people and two of them don't have the Premium features, even though they answered my e-mail invitation. They already tried to logout and in several times, but it still doesn't work. One of them claims, that he has the features on the PC, but it is displayed as a free test- account. On his smartphone it says that he doesn't have Premium and if he clicks on "Get Premium", the browser opens and says, that he already has a Premium account.

Can somebody please help us? 😕

Have you checked in your Family Premium list if they are already there or if the invitation is still pending? They can try creating a new account and re-add them there and see if that works.
