Family subscription

Family subscription

I had a family subscription and paid for 3 months. Now it switched to free. I'm trying to add my daughter and it denies her. This is annoying that you can't call.

Can you login to your account page to see if you are still on the family plan?

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

 

There you will be able to see what is going on. You may need to sign up for the family plan again if you are on free. If you are sure you didn't cancel and were switched to free, you should email support for help.
