I signed up for the family plan, my wife lost the link. I've tried to resend the link, but it doesn't work.

Can you check the deleted messages and spam inbox? If you're still unable to get the account activated, contact the accounts team through the online contact form and they can help. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should hear from a representative within 24-48 hours.
