Free month trial is no longer free

I just signed up for Spotify Premium and was going to try it for the first month free and then decide if I want to pay the $9.99 a month.  I changed my payment intervals, just thinking that if I did decide to keep it, the $9.99 each month option would be the one I chose.  Now, my account says that I will be charged $9.99 today.  So my free month is gone!?  Please help.

Hi, did you change from yearly to monthly? I always thought the month trial was on a monthly system anyway.

I suggest you contact the support team using the Support Form - they should able to help you 🙂
