Google login doesn´t work

My Question or Issue

Hi, I`m currently having an issue where if I try to login through google on accounts.spotify.com it says try later, but I have been trying it from two different devices with two different internet connections for over a month and it just says the same thing, and I cannot access my artist or normal spotify account.

The thing is, I have multiple spotify accounts and this is the only one that does this, and this is the only one that has an artist account.

And no i don`t have an password to login normaly.

So if anyone could help i would appreciate it.

Thanks for the post.

Here's what you need to do. You need to create a Spotify password to log in with your email address instead.

1. Go to our password reset form.
2. Enter your Google email address.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us to reset your password.

This means you don’t need to use the Google button to log in. You can enter your Google email address and the new password instead.

Create a Spotify password

If that doesn't do the trick, reach out to our Artist support team through here. They'll be able to have a look backstage and see why you can't log in or reset your password.

HI, thanks for the feedback, but the problem is that, I have tried that too, and the for at least 2 weeks an there is no email (not even in the spam folder) and have tried it with the email and acc name, does not send me the email for some reason.

Thanks for the reply.

In such a case it'd be best do contact our customer support team so they can help you change the email address of the affected account. Here is how to reach out to them. 

Before that you can make sure you're putting the email address free of typos and try different browsers, internet connections and an incognito window as well.
