Help in buying a premium account

Hi, i´m from Portugal, and the service is new here :). So... I Creat a new acount, and it´s on free, but i want to buy premium, but i can´t, because i don´t have an Credit card, so... I´m less than 18, but the problem is that my dad don´t trust in Internet Security, so, i don´t know how to buy premium, Can Help?

I see a few options:

1. See if any banks will give you a debit card. I'm 15, and have a debit card here in the UK 🙂 
2. See if you can get a pre-pay credit card 🙂 
3. Wait and see if Spotify gift cards become available in your country 🙂
