Hijacked login

Hijacked login

Hi somebody uses my premium account. I have tried to log out all devices and changed my password. It's still used by somebody else. I e-mailed the support about a week ago without getting any answers. This is driving me nuts.

Hey @user-removed, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
